Project Overview
We created a web and mobile application for warehouse and inventory management. The software is able to track inventory items by SKU and associate it with different actions and inventory locations to create a complete tracking system suited for any operation. Some features are:
- Custom reporting and charts.
- To-do list to track day-to-day activities
- work order integration with QuickBooks
- Label creation and printing per SKU
- Calendar for scheduling deliveries and other events
- In-depth user management and tracking
Execution
After understanding the need for an inclusive management solution for inventory, our team went ahead and go. We started by approaching different potential clients and working our the UI/UX elements for ease of use and functionality. We implemented the software using SQL, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Entity Framework for the web application and React Native with the mobile apps.
The Mobile app is used for quick access to manage and check work orders as well as accessing the scanning features without needing to buy an expensive scanner.
